12 minutes, that's all you need 😏

I know getting motivated while you're sitting at home is hard, but I PROMISE you'll feel SO much better once you move your body... Even if it's just for 12 minutes 😉

Tabata style: perform each move for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then move to the next move. Repeat 3-4 times.

▪️Plank w/ heel tap
▪️Reverse crunch
▪️Burpee to kick
▪️Plank w/ stepover
▪️Heel taps
▪️Jumping jacks
▪️Sit outs
▪️C sit + reach (make it harder by lifting your feet off the ground)

If not now, when?

I mean honestly, what better time than right now to start chasing that goal you have.

Instead of letting these next few weeks of social distancing get you down, think of it like this: you've just been given an opportunity to set all other obligations aside (events, traveling, going out, etc.).

Are you looking to advance in your career? Use your downtime to research, study, obtain certifications.

Are you looking to find a new hobby? Try some out! Cook, learn how to dance, excercise, crochet, learn how to code, start a YouTube channel, get famous on TikTok (lol but srsly drop your username below, I'll follow you 😉)

Do you want to lose weight? Start with some bodyweight workouts, go for walks, drink water, focus on eating healthier foods (now you have time to cook).

Have you fallen out of love with your partner? Take this time to get to re-know them.

Do you even know your kids' favorite game to play? Find out, and then play it with them.

Know matter what your situation is, it's only as bad as you make it. You now have additional time you've never accounted for; you can spend that time waiting for this to be over, or you can spend that time becoming a better version of yourself.

You get to choose.

So I'll ask you again: if not now, when?

Kid-friendly, at home workout: Ask and you shall receive 😝.

I see tons of at home workouts circulating the interwebs right now, and it makes me so happy! Put them to use my friends!

Here's another one to add to the list, maybe you can get your kiddos involved 😉 (bribery works, watch the end for proof 😂😳)

This one is super quick and works every muscle - I hope you give it a go!

*Repeat circuit 3 times*
▪️Jumping Jacks x10
▪️Pushups x10
▪️Sit ups x10
▪️Skaters (Lateral Bounds) x10
▪️Mountain Climbers x20
▪️Hip Thrusts x10
▪️Runawaaayy do-do-do-do 😂

Honestly there are SO many ways to keep yourself moving at home - one of our favorites is dance parties! We also like to do competitions, yoga, and get outside as much as possible.

Work on finding something that gets everyone moving for 30-60 minutes per day, I PROMISE its worth it 💯 #mentalhealth #athomeworkout

QUESTION: Help me out please 😊 What kind of workout ideas are helpful for you?? Bodyweight? With weights? At home workouts or gym workouts? Under 15 minutes? A mix of all?

I promise I do more than just ab workouts, they're just my favorite to share 😉. But I'll share more ideas if you guys want!
